What you get

📡

Transmitter — at the tank

OLED display, red and green LEDs, 85 dB buzzer and rechargeable battery backup in an IP65 enclosure. Reports every few seconds on mains power, every 10 minutes on solar.

🏠

Receiver — in your building

OLED display, LEDs, 85 dB buzzer, auxiliary relay and battery backup. Runs on the USB-C adapter in the box and connects to your 2.4 GHz WiFi.

📦

Also in the box

Your sensor (2 floats or the PRO probe), mounting hardware, weatherproof cable glands, Quick Start Guide and a registration card with your Device ID.

🛰️

Remote recalibration

Reset the sensor’s zero point from the dashboard once the probe is lifted out of the water — no technician.

📐

Sensor height

Probe not on the floor? Enter its height. 100% is full; the lowest reading is the sensor height, since water below the probe can’t be measured.

🔬

Live diagnostics

Sensor voltage and a health notice, so a failing probe can’t fail silently.

🔄

Cross-device sync

Change a setting on your phone and it confirms on every device.

📋

Settings audit trail

With Premium, every setting change is logged with the time and the old and new values.

❄️

Built for cold

Under-load battery monitoring and cold-weather field validation for Canadian winters.

Built into both models

📻

Long-range LoRa

915 MHz radio, up to 500 m in open areas. No WiFi needed between the units.

🔔

Local alarms

LEDs and buzzers work with no internet — your primary alarm.

📧

Email and text alerts

Alarms, all-clear, offline and power-loss notices.

📱

Mobile dashboard

Any phone or browser, anywhere. No app to install.

⚡

Auxiliary relay

10A @ 250VAC on the Receiver for a beacon, pump or second alarm. A failed sensor always trips it.

📶

Signal diagnostics

Measured signal strength, signal-to-noise and a 24-hour connection timeline.

🔑

Paired to your Receiver

Your system ignores a neighbour’s traffic, and theirs can’t change your settings.

⇩

Updatable in the field

The Receiver downloads updates itself; the Transmitter updates on site. Nothing to ship back.

Powering the Transmitter

The Receiver runs indoors on the adapter in the box. The Transmitter sits outdoors at the tank and needs 5 V DC — choose one of these.

🔌 Power Kit — $99 · Recommended

Most septic installations already have an alarm circuit at the tank. This puts a weather-resistant USB outlet on it: Leviton USB-C receptacle, extra-duty while-in-use cover and an outdoor-rated USB-C cable.

Wiring by a qualified electrician (not included).

☀️ Solar Kit — $129

For remote cisterns, livestock troughs and seasonal properties with no power at the tank. Matched 12 V panel and voltage regulator, tested for Canadian winters.

Solar units report every 10 minutes to save the battery (PRO: every minute near an alarm point).

An equivalent weatherproof, cold-rated outdoor USB supply also works. Every Transmitter has cold-weather charge protection built in, so you can switch to solar later.
