A look at the dashboard
Standard and PRO each have a dashboard tuned to their hardware. Tap any image to enlarge.

History
Float and alarm events — 7 days free, 12 months with Premium.
Remote control
Change float modes, toggle the aux relay and manage alerts from anywhere.
Signal strength
Signal bars with the measured value and a quality label.
Connection history
A 24-hour timeline of online and offline periods, with uptime %.

Give your pumper read-only access with their own sign-in.
PRO dashboard
Everything on the Standard dashboard, plus:
Tank gauge
The live level 0–100% and water depth in cm.
Four alarm points
Low Critical, Low Warning, High Warning and High Critical — you set them.

Diagnostics
Sensor voltage, and a notice if the probe stops responding.

Getting started
Once your Receiver is on WiFi, register at app.floatek.ca/register with the Device ID from your registration card, create your password and sign in. Then set your float modes (Standard) or tank depth, sensor height and alarm points (PRO). Starting from scratch? Follow the Quick Start on the Support page.
If your internet goes down
Only remote monitoring stops. Everything on site keeps working.
Needs internet
- The dashboard
- Email and text alerts
- Remote settings changes
- History logging
Keeps working without it
- LED lights and buzzers on both units
- The radio link between the units
- The auxiliary relay
- The displays
The lights and buzzers on site are your primary alarm. Don’t rely on the dashboard or email alone for critical alerts.
